CoaXPress (CXP) is a high-speed imaging standard designed for industrial applications, including machine vision, broadcast, life sciences and medical imaging.

CXP merges the simplicity of coaxial cabling with cutting-edge high-speed serial data technology. Creating a power solution for imaging system.

CXP is a point-to-point serial communication standard designed for transmitting video and still images. It can be deployed with single or multiple coaxial cables, each providing a high-speed downlink of up to 12.5 Gbps. Power can be carried by the coaxial cable (“Power-over-Coax”).
